Test Equipment

In the inspected stage of incoming materials or finished products, JINSON company follows the CNS/EN/UL testing methods for door closers with various test machines. Some devices are endurance tests for understanding the product life cycle, and some are data acquisition devices used to improve or enhance product performance. The relevant test equipment is as follows:

1. Durability testing machine: test the life of door closer
2. Speed test machine: test the closing speed of the door closer
3. Spring testing machine: test the life and strength of spring
4. High and low temperature testing machine: simulate the climate of -40 ~ 60 degrees to see the performance of the door closer
5. Door opening and closing force testing machine: analyze the door opening torque corresponding to each door opening angle
6. Torque test machine: analyze the response of door bow angle to door torque when there is no load
7. Overload test machine: test the impact of instant load on the door closer
8. Salt spray test machine: test the corrosion degree of products
